BCJ warns Broadcast and Cable Industry: Breakdown in standards
On Tuesday June 19, 2012 the Broadcasting Commission convened a meeting with the heads of television, radio and cable entities to discuss the Commission’s concerns about an increasing number of breaches in content standards, copyright compliance and service coverage.
Breach Issued to CVM TV
The matter of service provision by CVM television has been the subject of Broadcasting Commission attention, well ahead of the Olympic Games. As late as May 15, 2012 the Commission provided CVM with the findings of a technical survey on the level and quality of coverage by broadcasters holding broadcasting licences.
