Mrs. Patricia Sinclair-McCalla is a retired public servant.  Her last appointment was as Chief Executive Officer of the Public Sector Transformation Unit in the Office of the Cabinet. She previously served as Permanent Secretary to three Prime Ministers, Chief Executive Officer of the National Environment and Planning Agency and Director of the Bureau of Women’s Affairs, among other positions in the public service.
